Maithili
Maithili language is counted among the very ancient languages, the history of Maithili is linked to Mother Sita. This language is mainly spoken in Mithilanchal (Bihar) and border areas of Nepal. The stories here are very ancient and interesting. This is a pleasant language which is full of sweetness.
Khortha
Khortha language is mainly spoken in Northern Chhotanagpur, Santhal Parganas of Jharkhand and Eastern-Southern area of Bihar. About two crore people can speak and understand Khortha language. There are many inspirational stories in this language. It is the main language of many districts like Dhanbad, Bokaro, Hazaribagh, Ramgarh etc. which is called the coal capital of india.
